User Information Update dialog box

This screen is used to update information for users to log in to HULFT Manager.

User ID

The user ID of HULFT Manager is displayed. (Cannot be modified)

Password

Set a password for logging in to HULFT Manager. (Mandatory)

Specify in alphanumeric characters within 127 bytes.

Re-type Password

Re-type the password set for Password. (Mandatory)

User Permission Section
Environment Settings

Set permissions related to the following screens on the Manager screen:

  • System Environment Settings

  • Operation Log

Not Allowed:

Screens cannot be viewed.

Allow to View Only:

Screens can be viewed.

Screen settings cannot be modified.

Allow to Modify:

Screens can be viewed and settings configured.

The default setting is 'Not Allowed.'

User Management

Set permissions related to the following screens on the Manager screen:

  • User Management

  • Mapping Settings List

  • Login Status Management List

Not Allowed:

Screens cannot be viewed.

Allow to View Only:

Screens can be viewed.

Screen settings cannot be modified.

Allow to Modify:

Screens can be viewed and settings configured.

The default setting is 'Not Allowed.'

Current Permission Section

Current permission refers to the combination of the permissions granted to a user and those granted to the groups to which that user belongs. For example, if User A is granted only Environment Settings permissions and belongs to Group AA that is granted User Management permissions, User A can be configured to have both Environment Settings permissions and User Management permissions.

Environment Settings

Set permissions related to the following screens on the Manager screen:

  • System Environment Settings

Expiration Date

Set the expiration date for logging in to HULFT Manager.

Select the check box, and set a date.

If you clear the check box, the expiration date is disabled.

The default value is the date one month after the date when the dialog box was displayed.

Lock out This User

Lock out a user, or disable a lockout setting.

If a check mark is added to this field, the user is locked out.

If the check mark is removed, the lockout setting is disabled.

Reason for Lockout

Enter the reason for locking out a user.

This field cannot be omitted when a check mark is added to Lock out This User.

Specify in characters within 256 bytes.

Select Groups

Click this button to display the Select Groups dialog box.

For details about the Select Groups dialog box, refer to Select Groups dialog box.

Comment

Enter a comment about the user.

Specify a string of up to 60 characters.

OK

Click this button to save the details that have been set.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel the details that have been set.
