Creating and managing folders

Create and manage folders to register and manage the management host.

This section explains the following functions related to folders:

  • Addition of folders

  • Renaming of folders

  • Deletion of folders

  • Arrangement of folders

Addition of folders

  1. Click Add Folder on the toolbar of the folder tree.

    The Add Folder dialog box is displayed.

  2. Enter a folder name and click OK.

    The folder is added to the folder tree.

Renaming of folders

  1. Click the intended folder in the folder tree and then click Rename Folder.

    The Rename Folder dialog box is displayed.

  2. Rename the folder and click OK.

    The folder displayed in the folder tree is renamed.

Deletion of folders

  1. Click the folder to be deleted in the folder tree, and click Delete.

    The dialog box to confirm deletion is displayed.

  2. Click Yes.

    The message 'It has been deleted successfully.' is displayed when the folder is deleted.

Arrangement of folders

  1. Click Arrange Folders on the toolbar of the folder tree.

    The Arrange Folders dialog box is displayed.

  2. Add or delete a folder, and click OK.

    The folder is displayed in the folder tree.

You can drag and drop a folder in the folder tree on the left pane to directly move the on-screen location of the folder.
