List of Mail Interface Information fields
You can register information about the addressee of the messages that are sent after sending or receiving a file.

On the HULFT Manager Management Console, you can enter a string of up to 60 characters. When the destination host is HULFT Ver.8.1 or higher, the size of the string that you entered will be checked based on the code set that is set in HULFT at the connection destination. When HULFT checks and confirms that the size of the string meets the condition that is given in the remarks, the characters that you entered will be saved in HULFT. |

Explanation of each field
This section explains the fields to be specified in the Mail Interface Information.
- Mail Interface ID (MAIL)

ID that identifies the email to be sent after sending or receiving
- Title (TITLE)

Title of the email
- Address (DESTINATION)

Email address to which HULFT sends the email
Use commas (,) to separate addresses.
- CC (MULTICAST)

Email addresses to which HULFT sends copies of the email
Use commas (,) to separate addresses.

Main text of email messages that are sent
If the environment variable name is included in the text, it is converted according to conversion rules.

To specify attachment files, select this check box.

You can specify whether to attach the sent or received files or any files.
The size of attached files must be within 20KB.

Points to be noted when configuring settings
Attachment File

The email software may not display the file name appropriately if the name of the attachment file includes characters such as Japanese characters. Even if this is the case, the content of the file is not affected.

You cannot specify a file name in which the name of the network drive and/or the UNC is used for the attachment file.
