When you right-click on the screen and select Search Format ID on the pop-up menu, the Select Format ID dialog box is displayed. |
When you click Find for any of the following fields, the corresponding dialog box is displayed.

When you enter an ID for the Default Format ID, right-click it, and then click Open Record on the pop-up menu, the Format Information Update screen appears.

The following explains each button on the Multi Format Information Update screen:
- Insert

A new row is inserted on the top of the row of the selected cell.
= Remarks =When a value is entered for the Key Value in the 20th row, clicking Insert causes an error to occur even if no values are entered for the Key Value in rows 1 to 19.
- Delete

This button deletes the row of the selected cell.
