This phenomenon occurs when all the following conditions are met:

You execute the Management Information Records Delete command (utlcomp) as the superuser (root)

The management information file on which the Management Information Records Delete command (utlcomp) is executed is one of the following:

A management information file owned by a user other than the superuser (root)

A management information file belonging to a group other than the primary group (main group) of the superuser (root)
