HULFT Management Console command

When you start the HULFT Management Console, the HULFT Main Menu screen is displayed.

Format of command

utladmin [-jpn|-eng] [-s|-e|-8]

Explanation of the parameters

-jpn|-eng

Display language of the HULFT Management Console (Optional)

This parameter specifies which language is used to display HULFT Management Console.

-jpn:

The HULFT Management Console is displayed in Japanese.

-eng:

The HULFT Management Console is displayed in English.

If you omit this parameter, the value that is specified for HULFT Operation Language (hullang) in the System Environment Settings is applied.

-s|-e|-8

Code Set for Transfer for the local host (Optional)

Specify the Code Set for Transfer for the local host.

-s:

Shift-JIS

-e:

EUC-JP

-8:

UTF-8

If you omit this parameter, the value that is specified for Code Set for Transfer (cs4trnsfr) in the System Environment Settings is applied.

Note

• When '-eng' is specified as the display language for the HULFT Management Console, if you specify Code Set for Transfer for the local host as '-s,' '-e,' or '-8,' the setting is ignored.

• When all of the following conditions are met, the HULFT Management Console appears in English:

  • Omission of the parameter for Code Set for Transfer for the local host

  • Specification of 'G' (GB18030) for Code Set for Transfer in the System Environment Settings
