The procedure for copying a record in the Format Information is as follows:

Procedure when directly specifying an ID on the System Configuration screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "6. Format Information."

    Enter the ID you intend to copy for the field of ID or Host Name and press the Enter key.

    The Format Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  2. Press the "Ctrl+p" on the Format Information Update screen.

    The ID set in the field of Format ID is cleared and input in that field is enabled.

  3. Enter a new ID.

  4. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The record is copied with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop copying a record in the Format Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.

Procedure when specifying an ID on the Format Information List screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "6. Format Information."

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the field of ID or Host Name.

    The Format Information List screen is displayed.

    = Remarks =

    The Format Information List screen is not displayed if there is no registered format ID.

  2. Enter the ID that you intend to copy and press the Enter key.

    The Format Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  3. Press the "Ctrl+p" on the Format Information Update screen.

    The ID set in the field of Format ID is cleared and input in that field is enabled.

  4. Enter a new ID.

  5. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The record is copied with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note
