Deletion

The procedure for deleting a record in the Receive Management Information is as follows:

Procedure when directly specifying an ID on the System Configuration screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "2. Receive Management Information."

    Enter the ID that is to be deleted for the field of ID or Host Name and press the Enter key.

    The Receive Management Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  2. Press the "Ctrl+d" on the Receive Management Information Update screen.

    The specified ID is deleted and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop deleting a record in the Receive Management Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.

Procedure when specifying an ID on the Receive Management Information List screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "2. Receive Management Information."

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the field of ID or Host Name.

    The Receive Management Information List screen is displayed.

    = Remarks =

    The Receive Management Information List screen is not displayed if there is no registered file ID.

  2. Enter the ID you intend to delete and press the Enter key.

    The Receive Management Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  3. Press the "Ctrl+d" on the Receive Management Information Update screen.

    The specified ID is deleted and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop deleting a record in the Receive Management Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.
