Modification

The procedure for modifying the Multi Format Information is as follows:

Procedure when directly specifying an ID on the System Configuration screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "7. Multi Format Information."

    Enter the ID you intend to modify for the field of ID or Host Name and press the Enter key.

    The Multi Format Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  2. Modify the contents of the Multi Format Information.

  3. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The management information is modified with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop modifying the Multi Format Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.

Procedure when specifying an ID on the Multi Format Information List screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "7. Multi Format Information."

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the field of ID or Host Name.

    The Multi Format Information List screen is displayed.

    = Remarks =

    The Multi Format Information List screen is not displayed if there is no registered multi format ID.

  2. Enter the ID that you intend to modify and press the Enter key.

    The Multi Format Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  3. Modify the contents of the Multi Format Information.

  4. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The management information is modified with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop modifying the Multi Format Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.
