Copy

The procedure for copying the log records of the Host Information is as follows:

Procedure when directly specifying a host name on the System Configuration screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "4. Host Information."

    Enter the host name the log record of which you intend to copy for the field of ID or Host Name and press the Enter key.

    The Host Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  2. Press the "Ctrl+p" on the Host Information Update screen.

    The host name set in Host Name is cleared and input in that field is enabled.

  3. Enter a new host name.

  4. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The record is copied with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop copying a record in the Host Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.

Procedure when directly specifying a host name on the Host Information List screen

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select "4. Host Information."

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the field of ID or Host Name.

    The Host Information List screen is displayed.

    = Remarks =

    The Host Information List screen is not displayed if there is no registered host name.

  2. Select the host name you intend to copy and press the Enter key.

    The Host Information Update screen displays the content that is already registered.

  3. Press the "Ctrl+p" on the Host Information Update screen.

    The host name set in Host Name is cleared and input in that field is enabled.

  4. Enter a new host name.

  5. Once input is complete press the Enter key.

    The record is copied with the entered contents, and the System Configuration screen is displayed.

Note

When you are editing information on the Update screen and you want to stop copying a record in the Host Information and return to the System Configuration Menu screen, press the Esc key.
