Deletion of log records

This section explains how to delete records in the Send Log, Receive Log, or Observe Log.

Deletion of the Send Log records

Delete single or multiple number of log records of sending from the Send Log List By File screen.

Similarly, you can delete log records of sending on the Send Log List By Host screen.

Method to delete one log record of sending

To delete only one log record of sending, use the following procedure:

  1. Use the cursor (Up or Down Arrow keys) to highlight the log record of sending that you want to delete and press the "Ctrl+d."

Method to delete multiple log records of sending

To delete multiple log records of sending, perform the following procedures:

  1. Use the cursor (Up or Down Arrow keys) to highlight the first log record of sending of the range you want to delete and press the "Ctrl+f."

  2. Highlight the last log record of sending you want to delete and press the "Ctrl+d."

    All the log records from the specified first position to the last position will be deleted.

    A maximum of 100 log records can be deleted at once from the Send Log.

    Press the "Ctrl+r" to deselect the first position in multiple deletion.

Deletion of the Receive Log records

You can delete log records of receiving on the Receive Log List By File screen or the Receive Log List By Host screen.

You can delete the Observe Log records on the Request Status Confirmation screen.
