This phenomenon occurs when all of the following conditions are met:

"I" (IBM Kanji) is specified for Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) in the System Environment Settings
In versions lower than Ver.8.1.0, the field Code Set for Transfer (CS4TRNSFR) does not exist, and "I" (IBM Kanji) is always used.
