Cause and Measures

Command cannot be executed due to parameter error

Make sure that there is no mistake in the parameter specification.

Command cannot be executed due to connection error

Make sure that Observe job of remote host has been started.

Make sure that the port numbers of remote host that are registered in a record of the Host Information are correct.

Unable to receive file when issuing a request command

Make sure that the Local Host Name, a host name that is registered in the Host Information of the remote host, and a host name in a host table are identical.

Make sure that the relevant host name is registered in the transfer group ID that is referenced to the Receive Management Information.

Make sure that the Receive Acknowledge job of the remote host has been started.

Make sure that no error has occurred on the sending host.

On executing the Resend Request, confirm that the target request exists in the Resend Queue file of remote host.

Make sure that Allow Send Request/Resend Request is enabled on the Observe system side.
