Copying a record

The procedure for copying a record in the Format Information is as follows:

 

  1. On the System Configuration screen, select 6. Format Information.

    Press the Enter key without entering anything in the input-allowed field of the ID.

    The Format Information List screen appears.

  2. Enter "3" in input-allowed field of the ID that you want to copy, then press the Enter key.

    The Format Information Copy screen displays the values that have already been registered.

    When the screen appears, the input-allowed field of the Format ID is left blank.

  3. Enter a new ID for the Format ID.

  4. When you finish the value entry, press the Enter key.

    HULFT copies the record with the values that you entered, and returns to the Format Information List screen.

Note

To cancel the copying of a record in the Format Information while you are working with the screen, press F3 and return to the System Configuration screen.

To cancel copying a record in the Format Information and return to the previous screen, press F12 while you are operating the screen.

The Format Information List screen is composed of two subscreens. Pressing F11 or F23 toggles among the screens.
