HULFT System Startup and Stop
In order to use HULFT system, it is necessary to start the jobs listed below. As a general rule, these job must be started by a user profile equivalent to QSECOFR (Security officer profile). Note that normal behavior of HULFT is not guaranteed, if these jobs are started by a user profile not equivalent to QSECOFR.

Receive Acknowledge job (HULRCVD)

Observe job (HULOBSD)
Note that the parameters of the SBMJOB command on starting above resident jobs are taken over from the resident jobs to the started one. The parameters to be taken over are as follows.
