HULFT10-capable HULFT-HUB Server

HULFT-HUB Server lower than Ver.3.9.0 cannot connect with HULFT10.

To connect to HULFT10, it is necessary to upgrade the level of HULFT-HUB Server to Ver.3.9.0 or higher.
