Discontinuation of outputs to the log in UTF-8

For the following log files, output in the UTF-8 format has been discontinued:

• Send Log file

• Receive Log file

Discontinuation of "No Encryption" versions

"No Encryption" versions of the provided product modules have been discontinued.

Discontinuation of installation using the installer command (HULSETUP)

Installations using the installer command (HULSETUP) have been discontinued.

Perform an installation with the JCL library restoration method.
