Processing in the Send system
This section explains processing in the Send system.

Figure 1.6 How Send System Works
The flow of processing in the Send system is as follows:
1) The host on the sending side specifies a file ID and requests that the Send system send the corresponding data.
This request is called the 'Send File.' You can issue the Send File on the HULFT Management Console or by running a command.
2) The Send system reads the Send Management Information.
3) The Send system connects to the host on the receiving side.
4) The Send system transfers the data to the host on the receiving side, while directly reading the file to send.
5) After the transfer ends, the Send system disconnects from the host on the receiving side and writes the result of the Send processing to the Send Log file.
The Send Log contains log records of file transfer operations, which you can check on the host on the sending side.
