Format conversion rule 3 (attribute conversion of signed decimal numbers)

When the field type is set to either of the following in the Format Information record, the field type and byte count vary depending on the setting for Pack Zone Conversion in the System Environment Settings:

• Signed Internal Decimal (P)

• Signed External Decimal (S)
