Conversion between ASCII and ASCII

HULFT does not carry out Code Conversion between ASCII and ASCII. Therefore, the application treats such cases as No Conversion.

However, if the following conditions are met, HULFT converts only half-width Katakana.

• The conversion that takes place is Code-set Conversion for Japanese

• The options specified for Code Set for Transfer (cs4trnsfr) in the System Environment Settings are different for the host on the sending side than for the host on the receiving side
