The table below shows a list of status codes and detail codes that are returned when registering and updating HULFT system management information, sending and receiving issue requests, and confirming send or receive log by using HULFT-HUB Server.

An application other than HULFT or HULFT-HUB Manager may have connected to HULFT-HUB Server.

1) Check that the port numbers that other applications use are not the same as the port number of HULFT-HUB Server.

2) If the client is running on the same machine as HULFT-HUB Server, check that the port number of HULFT-HUB Server is not the same as the Receive Port No. or the Request Acknowledge Port No. of the client.

1) The processing of the Request Acknowledge process was cancelled on the client. Or, the Relay processing was cancelled on HULFT-HUB Server during the relay of the management connection.

1) Check the console and Detail codes of the client side or check the trace log of HULFT-HUB Server through which the data is sent.

A parameter error occurred during sending on HULFT-HUB Server.

The system is unstable. Restart HULFT-HUB Server.

The version of the client is not supported. You cannot specify connection with HULFT Ver.4 or lower client. HULFT-HUB system does not support HULFT Ver.4 or lower clients.

Upgrade the version of the client.

The client is not supported. You cannot specify connection with HULFT for Fujitsu K Series. HULFT-HUB system does not support this type of client.

Sending or receiving failed. An error occurred during communication with the client or the neighboring HULFT-HUB Server, and sending or receiving failed on HULFT-HUB Server.

1) Check if the client is running. This problem may occur if the client is stopped forcibly during processing by a termination command or such, depending on the timing. Restart the Request Acknowledge process on the client.

2) Troubleshoot the problem according to the error messages in the trace log of HULFT-HUB Server.

From 8988 to 8990

Reading of files on the client side failed.

The cause may be lack of permissions, or another issue. Check the environment.

From 8991 to 8996

Sending or receiving failed.

An error occurred during communication with the client or the neighboring HULFT-HUB Server, and sending or receiving failed on HULFT-HUB Server.

1) Check if the client is running. This problem may occur if the client is stopped forcibly during processing by a termination command or such, depending on the timing. Restart the Request Acknowledge process on the client.

2) Troubleshoot the problem according to the error messages in the trace log of HULFT-HUB Server.

A logout error has occurred.

Post-processing failed on HULFT-HUB Server during logout processing in HULFT-HUB Manager.

Check the trace log of HULFT-HUB Server that is displayed on the Structure Diagram of the Management screen to identify the server on which the error occurred, and troubleshoot the problem.

A time-out error occurred. Connection to the request destination client failed.

1) Check if the Request Acknowledge process on the client is running, and if all HULFT-HUB Server on the route are running.

2) Check if a network failure has occurred.

A connection error occurred. Connection to the request destination client failed. Or, the client definition on HULFT-HUB Server is different from the actual information on the client side.

Check if the Request Acknowledge process on the client is running, and if all HULFT-HUB Server on the route are running. Or, check the environment of the client side, and if necessary, select the relevant client on the Management screen and acquire the management information.

Others

An error occurred on the client.

The Error code that is sent from the client is displayed. Refer to "Error Codes and Messages" for the client and remove the cause of the error.

0070

The data specified has exceeded the valid size due to multibyte characters.

Ensure that the size of the specified data conforms to the valid size range after being encoded by the code set used in HULFT on destination host.

9998

XXXX

A management information access error occurred. The file is corrupt, or the environment is invalid. The error code sent from the database is displayed as the Detail code.

Check the trace log of HULFT-HUB Server that is displayed on the Structure Diagram of the Management screen to identify the server on which the error occurred, and check the installation environment.
