Job flow creation and general job flow operations may not be available from HULFT-HUB Manager

Phenomenon

When you create a job flow from HULFT-HUB Manager, the job step ID is blank due to not being set, so the job flow may not be created.

In addition, a system error may occur during a job flow operation.

When this phenomenon occurs, the following message is output to Hub_Error.txt:
