Setting of Schedule Information

For details on how to open the Schedule Information screen or the Modify Schedule Information Record screen, refer to Common Operations.

For details of each field, refer to Editing of Schedule Information.

[Note] The registered record of the Schedule Information is not reflected until the Scheduler process is restarted or the next scheduling time is reached. For details, refer to HULFT for Windows Operation Manual.

HULFT Interface

If the job you want to execute is the Send processing or the Receive processing of HULFT, you can easily create the Send command or the Receive command of HULFT by clicking the [HULFT Interface].

The following explains each field of HULFT Interface Settings dialog box.

Request Type

This field allows you to select the type of request for sending or receiving to create (mandatory).

  • Send File
  • Resend File
  • Send Request
  • Resend Request

File ID

This field specifies the file ID of the file that you transfer by using the request of the type that you select for the Request Type (optional).

If the client is HULFT8 or higher, specify alphanumeric characters within 50 bytes for this field.

If the client is HULFT7, specify alphanumeric characters within 8 bytes for this field.

[Note] If you specify 'Send File' or 'Send Request' for the Request Type, you cannot omit this field.

Host Name

This field specifies the name of the host that acknowledges the request that you selected for the Request Type (optional).

Specify alphanumeric characters within 68 bytes for this field.

If you specify the Host Name, HULFT carries out resending for the host with the specified host name.

[Note] If you specify 'Resend Request' for the Request Type and also specify the File ID, you cannot omit the Host Name.

Checkpoint

This check box allows you to specify whether to carry out the Checkpoint Resend File, or to carry out resending from the beginning of the file for the Resend File or the Resend Request.

You can specify this field only when you select 'Resend File' or 'Resend Request' for the Request Type.

If you select this check box, HULFT carries out the Checkpoint Resend File or the Checkpoint Resend Request.

Synchronous Transfer

This field provides a check box that allows you to specify whether or not to enable the Synchronous Transfer Request.

If you select the check box, HULFT carries out the Synchronous Transfer Request. If you clear the check box, HULFT issues an asynchronous request.

Timeout

This field specifies the time-out of receiving processing results for a Synchronous Transfer (optional).

Specify a numeric value (in seconds) from 10 to 259200.

HULFT uses this value to synchronize the timing of the Receive processing results for the Synchronous Transfer. If this time-out is reached, HULFT ends the specified job. Note that in this case, the command does not return to transfer results.

To specify this field, you must select the Synchronous Transfer check box.

If you omit this field, HULFT uses the value that you specified for the Socket Read Timeout in the Client System Environment Settings file on the relevant client.
