Schedule Information
This topic explains how to register the Schedule Information.
You can view and modify this information on the following screens:
- Register Schedule Information/Modify Schedule Information Record screen
- Collecting and Distributing System Management Information screen
You can also import and export this information on the following screen:

2. Additional information other than Schedule Information
You can view both the Schedule Information and the following additional information on each screen where you edit the Schedule Information.

Explanation of Each Field
The following describes the fields that are configured in the Schedule Information.
For a field for which you select an option from the list, the following shows both the options that are displayed on the screen and the values that are described in the CSV file to be used for Collecting and Distributing System Management Information.
1. Schedule Information
This field specifies the ID for managing the Schedule Information.
This field specifies the command to be executed.
If the command path includes spaces, specify the name as an MS-DOS name in 8.3 format (XXXXXXXX.XXX).
This field specifies the user who executes the command.
If you omit the executor name, HULFT use the name of the Schedule process executor for starting the execution command.
This field specifies the domain name that the executor belongs to.
Specify the password of the executer for this field.
This field specifies the frequency at which HULFT executes the command.

This field specifies the time when HULFT executes the command.
The specification format is HHMM.
This field specifies the execution date for the processing.
You cannot omit this setting if you specify 'Only Once' (1) or 'Every Month' (4) for the Frequency. The specification format is YYYYMMDD. If you specify 'Every Month' (4), only the day is valid. You can use the date picker to specify a date.
This field specifies whether or not to execute processing on holidays.
Select whether processing is carried out if the scheduled date is a holiday.

(A10) Execution Day of the Week
This field specifies the execution day of the week for the processing.
You cannot omit this selection if you set 'Every Week' (3) for the Frequency. You can specify a day from 'Sunday' (1) to 'Saturday' (7).

This field specifies the date from which the schedule is enabled.
When you register this Schedule Information, specify from what date the schedule is enabled. The specification format is YYYYMMDD. If you omit this setting, the registration date of the Schedule Information record is set. You can use the date picker to specify a date.
This field specifies the comment for the Schedule Information record.
2. Additional information other than Schedule Information
This additional information is displayed together with the Schedule Information on each screen where you edit the Schedule Information. You can view and modify this information on screens in HULFT-HUB Manager.

This field specifies the alias for the schedule.
It is recommended that you assign a unique name in the Schedule Information so that each schedule ID that is displayed on screens in HULFT-HUB Manager can be easily identified.
This field shows the Batch Distribution Information ID with which the Schedule Information is registered as distribution data (cannot be modified).
