Explanation of Each Field

The following describes the fields that are configured in the Mail Interface Information.

For a field for which you select an option from the list, the following shows both the options that are displayed on the screen and the values that are described in the CSV file to be used for Collecting and Distributing System Management Information.

1. Mail Interface Information

(A1) Mail Interface ID

This field specifies the ID to identify the mail that is transmitted after the Send processing or the Receive processing.

(A2) Title

This field specifies the title of the mail.

(A3) Address

This field specifies the mail addresses to which the mail will be transmitted.

Use ',' (comma) to separate addresses. If you specify addresses from the address book, the addresses are separated by ',' (comma) automatically.

You can specify up to a maximum of 50 mail addresses at a time.

(A4) Multicasting

This field specifies the mail addresses to which copies of the mail are transmitted.

Use ',' (comma) to separate addresses. If you specify addresses from the address book, the addresses are separated by ',' (comma) automatically.

You can specify up to a maximum of 50 mail addresses at a time.

(A5) Text

This field specifies the text of the mail to be transmitted.

If the text includes environment variable names, HULFT converts them according to the conversion rules.

The following table shows the conversion rules for variable names that you can include in the text.

<Table> List of Dynamic Environment Variables for Mail Interface

Example:

When the File ID is TEST0001 and the transfer destination is host0001, and processing ends successfully

Example text:

The result of transfer to $HOST for the File ID ($FILEID) is $STATUS.

Text after conversion:

The result of the transfer to host0001 for the File ID (TEST0001) is 0.

(B3) Batch Distribution ID
