Holiday Settings

DataSpider's Schedule Trigger can be scheduled to execute DataSpider scripts at given moments in time or recurrently on a schedule. If holidays are configured, the firing of trigger can be scheduled or unscheduled on all holidays set.

Holiday Setting provide the following functions

Name Specify an identifier for the calendar
Base calendar Select base calendar.
  • [No weekend/holiday]:(Default)
    Calendar to which no custom holidays are added. Only those custom holidays explicitly specified become holidays.
  • [2006-2030 Japanese Calendar (Saturday and Sunday, Holiday)]
    Calendar to which Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays are set. Custom holidays explicitly specified become also holidays.
  • [2006-2030 Calendar (Saturday and Sunday)]
    A regular calendar with Saturday and Sunday configured as holidays. Explicitly specified dates in this settings are considered "holidays."
  • [2006-2030 Japanese Calendar (Saturday and Sunday, Holiday)] is shown when the system judges the country and region as "Japan". (It depends on some settings about languages / regions of the OS DataSpiderServer running on)
  • [2006-2030 Calendar (Saturday and Sunday)] is shown when the system judges the country and region as other than "Japan". (It depends on some settings about languages / regions of the OS DataSpiderServer running on)
Reset settings Resets the settings in [Calendar] and [Setting of regular holiday]  
Set to holiday The selected dates will be configured as holidays.  
Set to weekday The selected dates will be configured as week days.  
Add Add a new recurring holidays.  
Modify Modifies recurring holidays specified.  
Delete Deletes the recurring settings for the holiday specified.  

Setting of regular holiday

Name Specify an identifier for the recurring holiday setting
Pattern setting Month Select a recurring pattern for Months.  
Year Select a recurring pattern for Years.  
Day Specify a date
  • If a recurring pattern is set to [Month], 1 through 31 can be selected for every specified number of months
  • If a recurring pattern is set to [Year], 1-12 for the month and 1-31 can be selected.
  
Day of week Specify the days of the week
  • If a recurring pattern is set to [Month], the pattern represents, <the firth to the fifth><days of the week> for every <number> months.
  • If a recurring pattern is set to [Year], the pattern represents <1-12><the first to the fifth><days of the week>.
  
Period Start date Specify or select a date to start to apply this setting.  
Repeat Select the number of times settings become valid.  
End date Specify or select a date to end to apply this setting.  

Change calendar settings

Calendar settings can be modified by [File]-[Modify/view calendar] menu action.

Delete calendar settings

Calendar can be deleted by [File]-[Delete] menu action.
