JDBC Proxy Server Installation
To use SQL Server 2008 ODBC and SQL Server 2005 ODBC Adapter, you need to install JDBC Proxy Server in the OS where the ODBC data source exists.

Available ODBC Data Sources
SQL Server 2008 ODBC and SQL Server 2005 ODBC Adapter can only connect to 32bit SQL Server ODBC data source in Windows x86 or Windows x64.
