All Message Codes fall into GMAIL Category

The following message codes correspond to error messages raised by Gmail adapter.

GMAIL0000E

This is the message code that is displayed when an undefined error occurs.

Cause	Solution
An undefined error has occurred.	Check the error message or the help page of the applicable operation.

Message code indicates that logging in to the Gmail server has failed.

Cause	Solution
Login failed. In Receive E-mail (POP3), POP service may not be enabled in the Gmail settings of the target user.	To use POP, you will need to enable POP in the Gmail settings of the target user.
Login failed. In Receive E-mail (IMAP4), IMAP service may not be enabled in the Gmail settings of the target user.	To use IMAP, you will need to enable POP in the Gmail settings of the target user.
[User name] or [Password] is invalid.	Check that the specified [User name] and [Password] are valid.
[User name] or [Authentication (Gmail OAuth 2.0)] of the processing in which the error occurred is invalid.	Check [User name] or [Authentication (Gmail OAuth 2.0)] of the processing in which the error occurred.

This message code indicates that connecting to the Gmail server has failed.

Cause	Solution
Failed to establish a connection to Gmail	Check the network reachability.

This message code indicates that no recipient address is specified.

Cause	Solution
The [Sent Destination Mail Address] of the Send One Mail operation is incorrect.	Check that all of the following requirements for the Send One E-Mail operation are met. [Destination] that is configured with one or more Whether [Destination / Type] is correct [Send / mail address] is entered. [Send / mail address] does not contain any multi-byte characters.
The recipient of the [Input data] for the Send Multiple Mails is incorrect.	Check that all of the following requirements for the Send Multiple E-Mails operation are met. The [Input Data] has a receiver address. The receiver address specified in the [Input Data] does not contain any multi-byte characters.

This message code indicates that no sender is specified.

Cause	Solution
No sender is specified for the [Input data].	Check that the sender of the [Input data] is specified for Send Multiple Mails.

This message code indicates that the email address specified for the sender is invalid.

Cause	Solution
The sender specified for the [Input data] is invalid.	Check that the sender for the [Input data] is correct.

This message code indicates that sending a message has failed.

Cause	Solution
Send One E-Mail operation has failed to send a message.	Check that the [Sent Destination Mail Address/Mail Address] for the Send One E-Mail operation is correct.
Send Multiple E-Mails has failed to send messages.	Check that the recipient, CC, and BCC for the[Input data] are correct.
