Deletes user corresponding to specified search criteria.

If accounts which matches the search condition multiply exists, then all of them will be the updating target.

"User logon name(pre-Windows2000)" is unique attitude in Active Directory, so account can be specified when user logon name is specified search criteria.

Skip without any processing when account matched with search criteria does not have following items.
- User logon name
- User logon name(Windows2000 before)
