Global Resource Properties

Connection Settings

Set Global Resource settings in the adapter properties, "Global Resource Settings" in the Control Panel.

Basic settings

Required settings

Hostname	Required	Only environment variables are available.	Enter the host name or IP address.
Port number	Required	Only environment variables are available.	Enter the port number of WebHDFS.	The default is "50070".
User name	Required	Only environment variables are available.	Enter the user name.

Upload settings

Block size	Optional	Only environment variables are available.	Enter the block size of the file to be uploaded to HDFS in bytes.	Default value is "64M(67108864)" and it can be used even when omitted. "K" "M" "G" can be appended at the end of numerical value. It is the multiples of 1024.

Components Pool Settings

Components Pool is not supported.

Security

Security Settings can be managed from "Global Resource Settings" within Control Panel.
