Message code indicates that either launch or termination of the instance, after the request has been sent, did not complete within the allotted timeout value specified in [Timeout] within the [Destination] of the selected Global Resource.

Causes Solution
Launch or the termination of the instance for which request has been sent did not complete within the allotted timeout value specified in the [Timeout] defined for [Destination] of the selected Global Resource. Check the allotted timeout value in the [Timeout] defined for the [Connect To] in the Global Resource.
