Groups

Users can be registered to any groups.

You can also grant the permissions for an asset that is set in the asset screen to a group.

By granting the permissions for an asset to a group, you can also grant the permissions for the asset to the users registered in the group at once.

  • The Admin, Steward, and Member users can belong to any (multiple) groups.

  • Only the Admin and Steward users can create groups.

  • The Steward and Member users belonging to a group are granted the same asset permissions as the corresponding group.

= Remarks =

The "ALL_USERS" group is registered by default. This is a special group that all users registered to the product belong to, and the group cannot be deleted or edited. Use this group to grant permissions to all users at once.

Method for adding groups

1. Click [User] - [Group] from the header menu.

2. Click [Add].

3. When the registration screen is displayed, enter the required information and click [Register].

 

Editing of existing groups

You can add users to existing groups or delete registered users.

1. Click [User] - [Group] from the header menu.

2. Select the group to edit.

3. When the registration screen is displayed, edit the owners or members.

= Remarks =
  • If the users who are added as owners are not members, the users are also added to members.

  • Addition or deletion of users is effective immediately. It is not necessary to click a particular button.

 

Method for deleting groups

1. Click [User] - [Group] from the header menu.

2. Select the group you want to delete, and click [Delete].

3. When the confirmation screen is displayed, click [Delete].
