Display of the home screen (communication test)
Verify communication by checking whether or not you can display the home screen.
1. Open a Web browser and access the following URL (example: localhost:8080):
URL: http://<hostname>:<port_number>
- hostname:

Host name or IP address running HULFT DataCatalog
- port_number:

Port number (default setting is "8080")
2. When the HULFT DataCatalog login screen appears, log in with the email address and password of the initial user as follows:
- Email address:
-
admin@example.com
- Password:
-
password

After you finish the setup, register a user with Admin permission separately from the initial user, and delete the initial user account.
3. Confirm that the home screen for HULFT DataCatalog is displayed.
If the home screen is displayed, the communication test is complete.
