Changing to SSO/SAML authentication

1. Refer to "3.3 TLS communication settings" of the setup manual to enable TLS for HULFT DataCatalog.

 

2. Get the following information from the network administrator:

  • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL
  • Identity Provider Issuer Entity ID
  • Certificate
  • Service Provider Entity ID

 

3. Enter the information you got in step 2. on the SSO/SAML connection settings screen in the Settings menu.

 

4. Give the network administrator the following information and ask them to configure the settings:

5. From "Currently selected user authentication method" in the user management settings screen in the Settings menu, change the user authentication method to "SSO/SAML authentication".

 

6. Restart DataCatalog.
