Owners
Owners can be set for each object.
Users who are owners are granted the following permissions:

Assignment of other owners

Assignment of user members and groups
-
Editing
-
Granting of metadata permissions and data permissions (asset only)
-
Deletion
By default, the user who adds the information is set as the owner. This can also be changed later.
The relationship between the objects holding owner properties and the users who can become owners is as follows:

Set the owner from the edit resource screen for assets, and from the edit screen of each object for other objects.
