#1	:	xsd, xs, and xsi are reserved words for the http://www.w3.org namespace, and cannot be specified.
#2	:	You cannot specify left angle brackets (<), right angle brackets (>), semicolons (;), ampersands (&), or double quotation marks ("). You cannot specify http://www.w3.org, because it is a reserved word in the XML Schema.
