Related Information List

You can show how management information such as data processing information is related to other management information.

If any related management information is duplicated, only one instance of that information is displayed.

(1) Management information

This is a list of management information.

(2) ID

This is the management information ID.

(3) Status

The registration state of related management information is displayed as Registered, Unregistered, or No read permission. The Related Information List screen is displayed according to the settings of the management information on which the relation is based, so there might be discrepancies between the content of the settings and the registration state of the current target management information.

  • Registered: The related management information is registered.

  • Unregistered: The related management information is not registered.

  • No read permission: You do not have browsing permissions for the related management information.

(4) Updated By

Displays the ID of the user who updated the management information.

In the case of DataMagic Desktop grade, the updating user is not displayed.

(5) Business group

This is the business group to which the management information belongs.

(6) Date Modified

This is the date and time the management information was last updated.

(7) Comment

These are the comments specified for the management information.
