huledd (Utility for starting the DataMagic Request Acknowledge daemon) (for UNIX only)

This utility starts the Request Acknowledge daemon (huledd) on the DataMagic Server for UNIX/Linux.

You must start the Request Acknowledge daemon before connecting from DataMagic Manager.

The DataMagic Request Acknowledge daemon (huledd) uses the Request acknowledge port No. (port) in the system-environment settings file (huledenv.conf). For this reason, the Request Acknowledge daemon does not start if the system-environment settings file cannot be recognized. For details on settings, see DataMagic Installation Manual.
