Notes on changing data processing information (from conversion between the same encoding to conversion between different encodings, or in the opposite direction)

If you change the input and output encoding settings of the data processing information from a combination of the same encoding to that of different encodings, or from a combination of different encodings to that of the same encoding, the field Conversion table for external characters in the Output Settings screen in the Data Processing Settings screen is changed to the initial value Do not use. If you change the encoding settings for conversion, and you still want to use the conversion table for external characters, be sure to check the setting of the field Conversion table for external characters.
