Layout information

(1) Key-based format information (ID=INFMT4-1, INFMT4-2, INFMT4-3, INFMT4-4)

Register the format information for each key in the input file record.

In the DataMagic Management screen, click the Format to display the Format Information List screen, and then click the New button to display the Format - Detailed Information screen. Configure the settings as shown below and save them.

When you set the detail information, click the Add row button and display the Format - Detailed Information screen by double-clicking the added field name.

When you change the detail information for which settings have been specified, double-click the field name and open the Format - Detailed Information screen.

Similarly, register ID=INFMT4-2, ID=INFMT4-3, and ID=INFMT4-4. However, set the ID, Comment, and Detailed information as follows.

(2) Input file multi format data (ID=INMFMT4)

Register the multi format information for the input file.

In the DataMagic Management screen, click the Multi Format to display the Multi Format Information List screen, and then click the New button to display the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen.

Configure the settings as shown below and save them.

When you set the detail information, click the Add row button and display the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen by double-clicking the added field name.

When you change the detail information for which settings have been specified, double-click the field name and open the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen.

(3) Key-based format information (ID=OUTFMT4-1, OUTFMT4-2, OUTFMT4-3, OUTFMT4-4)

Register the format information for each output-side key.

In the DataMagic Management screen, click the Format to display the Format Information List screen, and then click the New button to display the Format - Detailed Information screen. Configure the settings as shown below and save them.

When you set the detail information, click the Add row button and display the Format - Detailed Information screen by double-clicking the added field name.

When you change the detail information for which settings have been specified, double-click the field name and open the Format - Detailed Information screen.

Similarly, register ID=OUTFMT4-2, ID=OUTFMT4-3, and ID=OUTFMT4-4. However, set the ID, Comment, and Detailed information as follows.

(4) Output file multi format data (ID=OUTMFMT4)

Register the multi format information for the output file.

In the DataMagic Management screen, click the Multi Format to display the Multi Format Information List screen, and then click the New button to display the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen. Configure the settings as shown below and save them.

When you set the detail information, click the Add row button and display the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen by double-clicking the added field name.

When you change the detail information for which settings have been specified, double-click the field name and open the Multi Format - Detailed Information screen.
