(1) Input file (C:\Examples\12\input\sampleIN12.csv)

Create an input file with Shift JIS as the kanji code type.

(2) Output database (Database name: SAMPLE_DB, table name: SAMPLE_TBL12)

Create a table for output using the same content as the input database described in Example of conversion from Database table to CSV. However, the table name should be SAMPLE_TBL12.
