Output format of specifications
Specification information is output to individual Excel sheets. Even if you output multiple data processing information entries, the information is output to only one Excel file. Information is output to one Excel sheet for each data processing ID.
The following table shows the Excel sheets to be output as specifications.

The file contains as many sheets as the specified entries of data processing information. |
You can choose to output specifications either with images, or without images. If you choose to output specifications with images, images showing the design of the data processing information are added to the specifications.
If you output a lot of entries of data processing information with images, the output processing might take a long time.
