Relationship between business groups and management information

(1) Management information (data processing information, layout information, and common resource information)

You can specify a business group when you register management information (data processing information, layout information, and common information). Only one business group can be specified for one management information ID.

(2) Log

When business groups are used for the user permission management, general users who belong to a business group can view a log of data processing regardless of their permissions. The log of data processing can be deleted by superusers only. The operation log can be viewed and deleted by superusers only.

(3) Permissions

When business groups are used for the user permission management, if you specify a business group for the management information ID, you need to add users for a business group to view and update management information and to execute data processing. Add permissions to the users added to the business group.
