Notes on a business group
The following are the cautionary notes for a business group.
(1) Updating multi format information and hierarchy format information
To change the settings of multi format information and hierarchy format information, you need to specify a format ID under the information. If a user who belongs to only one business group tries to display the preview of data processing information for layout information that has been registered by a user who belongs to multiple groups, an error may occur. The following is an example with multi format information.

Figure 2.5 Example of multi format information
In the above example, because User 1 belongs to Business Group 1 and Business Group 2, User 1 can use format information of Business Group 1 and Business Group 2 to register multi format information (MFMT1).
Because User 2 does not belong to Business Group 2, when User 2 performs the following operation on the multi format information (MFMT1) that contains the format information of Business Group 2 registered by User 1, an error occurs.

(2) Data processing information
In data processing information, each user can specify only the layout information IDs that are accessible to that user. If a user attempts to execute an entry of data processing information that contains a layout information ID of a business group to which the user does not belong, a runtime error occurs.
