Obtaining format information and database table information in the CSV- Detailed Information screen

In the CSV - Detailed Information screen, fields can now be obtained not only from CSV files but also from format information and database table information, and field names can be set automatically. This reduces the workload for creating CSV information fields from those of format information and database table information.
