Error Skip Data function

As of DataMagic Ver.3.1.6, this function allows processing to continue when an error occurs because invalid data was input for data processing executed using the command for executing data processing (utled). Files specifying the corresponding error data and the cause of the error are output and then processing continues, provided the error that occurred allows processing to continue.
