Added a function for extending Japanese calendar era names

As of DataMagic Ver.3.1.5, Japanese calendar era names can now be added. As a result of the addition of this function, DataMagic will be able to support Japanese era names instituted after the Heisei era.

You can add Japanese calendar era names to the Japanese era name (era_name) field of the system environment settings file (huledenv.conf).

Because this setting can be easily changed at any time, it allows you to verify and apply the setting at a time that suits your company's operations.
