Adding utledidlist (command to output list of management information entries)

Magic 3.1.0

In DataMagic Ver.3.1.0, utledidlist (command to output list of management information entries) is newly added. Use the utledidlist command when you output the fields such as ID, Updated By, Date modified, and Comment in the target management information (for example, data processing information, CSV information, etc.).

Note that, in DataMagic Desktop grade, the Updated By field is not output.
