Data insertion

This function allows you to insert a value anywhere in a record. You can combine this function with the function for specifying dynamic values (explained later in this chapter) to insert dynamic character strings and dynamic numeric values in addition to fixed character strings and fixed numeric values. You can also insert the date and time of execution as a character string.

You can set this function in the Output Information Settings dialog box of the Set Mapping Information screen in the Data Processing Settings screen.
