System configuration for DataMagic Server grade

When you execute the data processing from DataMagic Server, you need DataMagic Manager, which is the product to operate DataMagic Server. DataMagic Manager is used to set management information and execute data processing. In addition, DataMagic Manager is used to register external character tables, manage users, and view logs.

DataMagic Manager connects to the DataMagic Server via the network. Therefore, in Windows, DataMagic service must start before the connection from DataMagic Manager is established. In UNIX, the Request Acknowledge daemon must start before the connection from DataMagic Manager is established.
